Privacy notice
This page explains how Clear Mindset handles personal information when you visit this website or make an initial enquiry.
Who is responsible for your information?
Clear Mindset, operated by Shaz Swinson, is responsible for personal information provided in connection with the service. Privacy questions can be sent to shaz@clearmindset.co.uk.
Information you choose to provide
If you call, email or send a WhatsApp message, Clear Mindset may receive your name, contact details and anything you choose to include in your enquiry. Please avoid sharing detailed sensitive information in an initial message.
Why information is used
Initial enquiry information is used to respond to you, discuss whether the service may be suitable, arrange appointments and meet professional, safeguarding, legal and record-keeping responsibilities. Further privacy and confidentiality information relevant to counselling will be explained before work begins.
Phone, email and WhatsApp
These communication services process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Choose the contact method that feels most suitable for you. The WhatsApp enquiry form prepares a message in your browser; the website does not save or send your answers. Information is passed to WhatsApp only when you continue, review the message and choose to send it.
Website data and cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. The hosting service may process limited technical information needed to deliver the site securely and reliably.
Sharing and retention
Personal information is not sold. It is shared only where necessary to provide the service, meet a legal or safeguarding responsibility, protect someone from serious harm, or use a trusted service provider. Information is kept only for as long as needed for professional and legal purposes.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to ask for access, correction, restriction, deletion or objection to the use of your personal information. Contact Shaz using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
